A Bethlehem company announced that it will hire at least 63 new workers as it expands its technology research and development.Gov. Tom Wolf's office said Thursday that iDEAL Semiconductor Device Inc. is adding 15,000 square feet to its facility at the Ben Franklin Technology Partners of Northeastern Pennsylvania.A news release said the company is taking its technology to full production this year and requires additional space to accommodate its engineering and research and development personnel. Founded in 2017, iDEAL Semiconductor develops fabless power semiconductors with an emphasis on energy efficiency.
