A newly released rendering shows the concept for a six-story, 240-apartment building proposed on what is now an industrial lot on Southside Bethlehem . The Bethlehem City Council Community and Economic Development Committee on May 23 voted to send to the full council the developer's request to rezone the lot to permit the apartment proposal to move forward. The nearly 4-acre parcel at 119 Technology Drive would be rezoned under the proposal from Industrial Redevelopment to Central Business. Council members earlier in May delayed voting on the rezoning , opting for the committee review.
