A 46-year-old Bethlehem woman was ordered held without bail Thursday in the fentanyl toxicity death of her 2-year-old son last summer. Nicole Ann Stauffer was arraigned before District Judge Vivian Zumas on felony charges of involuntary manslaughter and endangering the welfare of children (two counts). Zumas's office said Stauffer was sent to Northampton County Prison and denied bail due to a high risk of flight and danger to the community. Stauffer and the victim's father, Christian Robert Brewster, 26, of Friendship, New York, were arrested Jan.
