BETHLEHEM, Pa. - A Northampton County judge has overturned a decision by the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board to not renew the liquor license of a popular tavern in south Bethlehem. Judge John Morganelli issued a reprieve Thursday to the Tally Ho Tavern on West 4th Street. The PLCB had decided last July to not renew the tavern's license after 23 incidents of disturbance back in 2016. But, Morganelli determined that ruling should be overturned because the business has implemented remedial measures in response to those incidents.
